Raspberry Truffle


  • 1 glass of Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Semolina
  • 1 glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 package of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 package of ladyfinger

Fruit Syrup

  • 400 Gr. Raspberry
  • 1 liter of cherry juice
  • 100 Gr. Sugar
  • 75 Gr. Corn starch
  • 200 Gr. Cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powder sugar
  • 200 Gr. Cream cheese

For service

  • Mint leaves
  • Grated chocolate
  • Strawberry


  1. We start by preparing our fruit syrup We add cherry juice and sugar to a pot and bring it to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, we add water and starch into a bowl and mix them.
  3. After cherry juice is boiling, we add starch while we continuously stir.
  4. When it reaches consistency, we turn off the stove and add our fruits and pour them into service bowls.
  5. In a clean pot, we add sugar and semolina and after we add milk, we cook and stir them.
  6. Meanwhile we add ladyfingers to service bowls.
  7. After adding vanilla and butter to our semolina, we continue to stir and distribute it to service bowls when it reaches consistency.
  8. We add cream and powder sugar into a bowl, add cream cheese and prepare our cream.
  9. After we put cream in service bowls, we add raspberries and grated chocolate and serve. Bon Appetit!
