• 3 tablespoons of Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Semolina
  • 3/4 Glasses of Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons of rice flour
  • 4 glasses of milk
  • 1 package 60 gr of Dark Chocolate

For Chocolate Syrup

  • Half a glass of milk cream
  • 1 package 60 gr of Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar


  1. We start by adding 4 glasses of milk into our pot.
  2. We add ¾ glass of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of semolina and 3 tablespoons of rice flour and we mix our semolina frigo mixture with a mixer until it reaches consistency.
  3. We add all parts of one egg, just the white of the second egg and we store its yolk for further use.
  4. Our mixture has reached consistency. We add a package of dark chocolate to our semolina frigo mixture.
  5. We properly mix it until the chocolate is rendered.
  6. We pour our mixture into a circular tin with baking paper and let it rest for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
  7. Since we want to serve our frigo in slices, we used a tin with lock, if you wish you can prepare your frigo in single cups.
  8. When we are about to serve our frigo, we start preparing chocolate syrup.
  9. For our chocolate syrup, we add half a glass of milk cream into our sauce pan.
  10. We add 1 package of dark chocolate to hot milk cream.
  11. We add 1 tablespoon of sugar and properly mix them. Chocolate syrup is ready.
  12. Frigos have rested for 3-4 in the fridge. We remove our frigos from lock tin and slice them.
  13. We serve frigo with chocolate syrup and fresh fruits.
  14. We used bilberries and strawberries today. You can serve with the fruits you like. Bon appetit.
