Four Cheese Pasta


  • Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası Vegetable Twist
  • 100 Gr. Curd Cheese
  • 100 Gr. String Cheese
  • 100 gr. Ezine Cheese
  • 100 gr. Mozarella Cheese
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 soup spoon of flour
  • 500 Ml. Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoons of grated muskat
  • ¼ teaspoons of mustard
  • Black pepper
  • Salt


  1. We chop the onions in salad style and we roast them in a pan with olive oil and salt and once they are done, we place them in a bowl.
  2. For bechamel sauce, we render the butter and by adding flour and milk first, we mix it until it reaches consistency and then we add salt, black pepper, mustard and grated muskat and mix them.
  3. While our sauce cools, we cook the pasta and we chop the cheeses into medium sized pieces.
  4. We grind the parsley with olive oil, salt and water in a blender until it reaches sauce consistency.
  5. After our pasta is done, we drain it and add it to the bechamel sauce, we add cheeses and onions and mix them. Bon appetit!
