Akkus Jelly Bean Roast
 

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of Ordu Akkus Jelly Bean
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato pasta.
  • 1 dessert spoon of pepper paste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of chili peppers
  • 4 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of salt (bean)
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 package of Nuh'un Ankara Kuskus

Preparation

  1. We start our recipe by thinly slicing the onions.
  2. We turn on the stove Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. We add chopped onion into the pan and mix them.
  3. We add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 tablespoon of pepper paste into our pan and we roast them while mixing.
  4. We add 1 glass of jelly bean which we cooked in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes, into the pan and mix them properly.
  5. We add 4 teaspoons of salt into our pasta water.
  6. We add 1/2 package of vitamin kuskus pasta into our water.
  7. Our beans are roasted for 2-3 minutes, we add 1 tea glass of water.
  8. We add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 dessert spoon of chili peppers and we mix them.
  9. Jelly beans are now ready. We cooked our kuskus for 10-12 minutes. We drain the kuskus.
  10. We mix kuskus and the beans in a deep bowl.
  11. Akkus Jelly Bean Roast is ready for serving. Bon appetit.
