We present you with a recipe with an ingredient which is the most consumed cereal of the world after wheat and the the production of which started ten thousand years ago. Today we prepare you, Pasta with Corn
2 Boiled Corns
1 bowl of olive
5 green peppers
2 red peppers
3 cloves of garlic
½ Tea glass of vegetable oil
1 dessert spoon of mint
1 dessert spoon of chili peppers
3,5 teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ Package of Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Twist Pasta
We start our recipe by cutting of the stems of the red peppers.
We slice the red peppers into four pieces and remove their seeds. We slice our red peppers into small pieces.
We slice our green peppers into rings.
We heat our wok pan, add half a tea glass of olive oil.
We add our red and green pappers to the pan and start mixing them.
We remove the seeds of the olives. We add the olives without seeds into the pan and mix it properly.
We add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper.
We heat our pasta pot and add 3 teaspoons of salt.
We grate 3 cloves of garlic into our pan.
Pasta water is now boiling. We add half a package of twist pasta into the pot and cook them.
We slice the pre-boiled corn into two and separate its kernels with a knife.
We add corns into our pan and properly mix them.
We cut off the stems of 2 tomatos and peel them.
We slice them into cubes. Add them to the pan.
We add 1 dessertspoon of chili pepper, 1 dessertspoon of mint and mix them.
Pasta has boiled for 9 minutes, we drain them.
Place them into a bowl. We pour our sauce into the bowl and mix them.
