Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 Gr of pumpkin
  • 100 Gr. Broccoli
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bunch of fresh thyme
  • 200 gr fillet steak
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası Rigatoni with Vitamins

Preparation

First of all, we crush and chop our garlics into small pieces. After that we chop our onions into rings. On the other hand, we remove the green parts of our zucchinis and make small lines from them, resulting in julienn slices. We julienn our red peppers and pumpkins similarly. Additionally, we chop our broccoli into small flower-like pieces, similar in size to other vegetables. After preparing all the vegetables, we mix them on an oven tray with salt, black , olive oil and fresh thyme and cook it for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees. While our vegetables are cooking, we start boiling our pasta. At this stage, we can enrich our water with salt and olive oil. Important thing to care for while cooking pasta, is to keep the amount of water we use to cook vitamin pasta, little and cook it with full absorbtion method. After the pasta has absorbed all the water, you can enrich it with the butter after you check its consistency. On the other hand, we slice our meat into thin pieces and we fry them on a pan with olive oil. At this point, the pan being hot is extremely important for the meat to keep its water. Don't forget to enrich your meat with salt and black papper afterwards, not before. After our meat is done, we mix the vegetable with the pasta and then we serve our pasta with vegetables alongside the meat.

Bon appetit.
