Manti Pasta

In this episode where we get closer and closer to the finale, our contestants will compete to cook the most delicious Manti Pasta by using creative materials.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bowl of strained yoghurt
  • 200 Gr. Minced Beef
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt, black pepper, olive oil and of course, Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Manti.

Preparation

  1. First, we prepare the stuffing of the Manti Pasta. We combine the minced beef and thinly sliced parsley together with the onion we grated, and we start kneading after we add salt and black pepper.
  2. We fill Manti Pasta with our stuffing and we let them boil in a salt water.
  3. On the other hand, we saute the onions in olive oil and add the tomato cubes. Our tomato sauce is ready after we add salt and black pepper.
  4. After we boil our pasta, we place them into the pot in which we rendered our butter and properly mix them
  5. At last, we add salt to our yoghurt and serve it. That's all! Bon Appetit!
