Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi

10 glasses of water

1 handful of parsley

3 cloves of garlic

2 onions

2-3 bardak yogurt

2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil

1 tablespoonful of tomato sauce

1 tablespoonful of dry peppermint

½ tablespoonful of red pepper

2 tablespoonfuls of flour

50 gr butter

salt and pepper

After kneading mince with salt and black pepper and minced parsley, roll them in small pieces and flour them.

Boil them with tomato sauce and salt. Then add Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi stelline and meatballs.
