Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi

250 gr chicken meat
(boiled and thin sliced)

2 red peppers

2 tablespoonfuls olive oil

60 gr thin sliced onion

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoonful chopped parsley

salt, black pepper

Cook the red peppers over fire. Take them into a dish. Divide the peppers into two and take out their stems and seeds, peel them and cut them into pieces.

Cook the onions until they turn pink. Add garlic and then the chicken and cook them together until the meat loses its original color.

Add salt, parsley and black pepper and then the red peppers in. Put the sauce over the Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Ditali, add salt and pepper and serve the tasty food.
