
Peel the tomatoes, take the seeds our and slice them. Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry the onion and garlic in 2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil.
Add tomato, tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper and miix them well. Cook them for 15 minutes after adding the broth.
Add 2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil, butter, salt, black pepper, chopped bay leaf, parsley, sweet marjoram and thyme and cook them for another 2 minutes.
