Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi

250 gr mince

half bunch of parsley

1 onion

50 gr butter

yogurt with garlic

3 lt. Broth

salt and black pepper

Slice the parsley and the onions into thin pieces. Mix them well with the mince. Add salt and black pepper and then knead them for 1-2 minutes.

After preparing the filling stuff it in the Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Pipe Rigati, having the size of a chickpea. Put them in the boiling water and cook for 15-17 minutes.

Take the dish into a service plate, add yogurt then butter with red peppers on the top. It gets ready to serve.
