Slice the parsley and the onions into thin pieces. Mix them well with the mince. Add salt and black pepper and then knead them for 1-2 minutes.
After preparing the filling stuff it in the Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Pipe Rigati, having the size of a chickpea. Put them in the boiling water and cook for 15-17 minutes.
