Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi

70 gr cheese (a hard type)

70 gr walnuts

70 gr butter

20 gr salt
Boil Nuh'un Ankara Tagliatelle in the salted water and strain.

Mix half of the cheese and walnut in the macaroni.

Fry the other half of the grinded cheese and walnut in the butter until they get pink and put them over the macaroni and serve the tasty dish.
