Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi

300 gr mushrooms in thin slices

2 cloves of garlic

2 onions

75 gr butter

2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil

2 tablespoonfuls of tomato sauce

450 gr sliced tomatoes

100 gr cheddar cheese

salt, black pepper, basil

Put the sliced onions, washed and sliced mushrooms into a pan and fry them in a mixture of olive oil and butter for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce and sliced garlic and spice it with salt and black pepper. Cook until it absorbs the water for 20 minutes.

Put the mushroom sauce on the pre-boiled Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Farfalle Tonde, pour some butter, sprinkle some sliced parsley and basil and add grated cheddar on it and serve.
