500 gr tomatoes

750 gr broccoli

250 gr meat in chunks

2 big onions

75 gr butter

2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil

salt and black pepper

Wash broccoli separate their bulbs and stems with care.

Sauté the sliced onions in butter in a pan, add the meat and fry them. And spice them with salt and black pepper.

Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 7 minutes and strain them and add the Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Ditalini in the boiling water. Serve it after adding meat sauce and olive oil.
