4 tablespoonfuls of olive oil

70 gr butter

10 branches of parsley

2 big onions

3 big celeriac

200 gr meat in chunks

2 cloves of garlic

450 gr meat salami

2 tablespoonfuls of tomato sauce

1 tablespoonful of flour

450 gr tomatoes

300 ml broth

salt, black pepper and basil

After heating the olive oil and butter, add in onion, celeriac and meat in chunks and fry them for 15 minutes.

Add the mince and the garlic and fry them then add tomato sauce and flour and fry them again.

Add the cubed tomatoes and broth and cook it until it boils. Your sauce is ready!
