Heat 4 tablespoonfuls of olive oil, roast the sliced onions in the hot olive oil. Slice the green peppers, then add and roast them. After adding the garlic, roast the mixture until the peppers get softer.
After adding the cubed tomatoes, black pepper and hot red pepper, cook them until the tomatoes absorb the water.
After the mixture reaches desired consistency, put it over the Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Fusilli and serve it.
