Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi

2 onions

1 carrot

5-6 branches of celeriac and parsley

1 tablespoonful of flour

1 tablespoonful of black pepper

2 cloves of garlic

5 tablespoonfuls of olive oil

10 glasses of broth of boiled fish

2 yolks

1-2 lemon juice or vinegar

bay leaf, salt and red pepper

Chop carrot, parsley, onion, bay leaf and garlic in small pieces and fry them in oil and after they get pink add some flour and fry them again.

Cook them well after adding fish broth, salt and Nuh'un Ankara Makarnasi Risoni.

Add the mixture of yolk and lemon juice and salt. Pour over oil with heated with red pepper.
