Production of Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası brand is ongoing incessantly ever since  1950 up to the present day. Such product initially produced at the beginning as  "Ankara Makarna" ,experienced a name change in  1961 as  "Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası" in tribute to its founder Nuh Eskiyapılı.

Classic, Vitamin Supplemented, Vegetable and Bran Added macaroni types are being produced under the brand name of Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası. Also under the same brand name of Nuh’un Ankara, Nuh’un Ankara Bulgur as well as Nuh’un Ankara Semolina productions are carried out.
